About the Author(s)

Corey Sandler has written for nearly 30 years about the advantages and threats involved with new technology and is the author of more than 150 books on computers, business, sports, history, and travel. One of the pioneers of computer journalism, he was the first executive editor of PC Magazine and the editor of Digital News. A graduate of Syracuse University, he worked as a newsman for Gannett Newspapers in Ohio and New York, and as a correspondent for the Associated Press wire service. Among the books he has written are Henry Hudson: Dreams and Obsession, Laptops for Dummies All-in-One Desktop Reference, Fix Your Own PC, and Watching Baseball.
