About the Author(s)

Sucheta Connolly is a child and adolescent psychiatrist in Chicago, Illinois, and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including University of Chicago Medical Center and University of Illinois Hospital. She received her medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

David Simpson is a licensed clinical social worker who is the clinic and research coordinator for the Pediatric Stress and Anxiety Disorders Clinic at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC).

Cynthia Petty is a certified advanced practice nurse who specializes in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder and other anxiety disorders in children and adolescents.
